Responsibilities
Manage

amounts of
outbound
calls
(for US) based clients

Identify prospective
customer

for the legal
accounts
.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive
communication
.
Keep records of customer interactions, pro
cess customer accounts and file
documents
.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
.
Take the extra mile to engage customers
.
Provide and manage reports / data.
Requirements
Graduate with minimum 2 years of
experience.
Proven customer support experience or experience
.
Exposure to handling
queri
es with international clients (US / UK).
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types
of customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi
-
task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
